Tired of printing sign-in/out sheets?
This past month we released an electronic sign-in/out module that eliminates the need to print and store paper sign-in/out sheets. In three easy steps, parents sign-in and out of the facility in seconds. The events, including names and signatures, are transferred to the online system and you can access them in either real time or in reports appropriate for your licensing authority. For instance, you could just get to the Dashboard and see how many students are present in the facility.
In addition, the sign-in/out station connects in real time with the school calendar and displays upcoming events. There is also room for announcements that the parents will see as they drop or pick up their children.
