E-mailing Donors, Vendors and other Contacts December 12, 2011

E-mailing all your staff and parents using NeatSchool’s secure and privacy-enhanced e-mail system is one of the most popular NeatSchool features. Administrators
and teachers love having an up to date, self managed, always up to date list of e-mail addresses for their school community. Most messages need to go to parents, teachers and other staff members. This functionality has been part of NeatSchool for quite some time and we first blogged about it here.
Last week we add the ability to also e-mail other members of your community. For instance, let’s say you do a fund-raiser event and you want to invite Donors who supported you in the past. You will maintain their information in the Partner record and include them in a mass e-mail as shown below. As with accounts and staff members you can select all the Partners or specify just a few.
