Thanks for your input. At a different place in the user interface you can download the sheets per class, with the name of the student pre-printed, e-mail me for details or screenshots. 

Most people prefer the monthly format because they need to print the forms only once a month. In fact, some print them in a double sided paper with each month on each side, so they only need to do this once every two months or when a new student enrolls. Some days will stay empty as parents are not supposed to attend every day, but this is fine.
