An InfoTrends review that HP uses to promote their printers provides estimates on printing costs. Based on these numbers and numbers of printouts from school we have talked to, we provide below a minimum estimate on cost savings from using the NeatSchool portal and online messaging to communicate with your school community versus using the traditional “print and stuff the student’s Inbox” method.

Of course for a really accurate picture you need to quantify and add the following NeatSchool advantages:

  1. NeatSchool’s messaging ability to send multiple messages and reminders
  2. NeatSchool’s ability to prepare and send the messages from everywhere with a press of a button. Contrast this with the time to print and then physically stuff all the students folders.
  3. NeatSchool’s ability to send the message to both parents/guardians
